Is camping allowed around birch creek, and if so can I get a trailer in there?

I have seen people camped below the res alot. Easy grated road in too.

Mostly open below the dam. Not many trees, but still a nice place.

There are not that many camping spots. However, there are a few blow the resevoir and there is no cost.
