Spent 4 nights at Woodhead, met some great people and fished like always. First day was okay, started off with crappie jigs and hooked a few bass and a cat. Then started trolling crankbaits and picked up a half dozen crappie. Here's POZE and her first crappie of the day.

Next day kind of sucked, caught a few bass and so on, but not worth bragging about.

Third day was great, we fished crappie jigs up against the bank and after a bunch of fish right off the bat, we told each other we would fish until we hit 50 fish total, then stop. It took close to 3 hours and we caught 40 Bass and 11 crappie. Released everything and the smallmouth bass were spawning. It was fun and the weather was hot.

I sure miss Brownlee. Hey how about some big catfish pics. We used to catch lots of 3 footers up at Farwell bend. I really miss the bass at woodhead. But stuck in Utah I have to look at the options. Brownlee Vs Powell. Powell has no limits and big limits on SMB. Lets see fish Powell first and stock up fish, now catch and release the rest of the year. Still miss Brownlee.
