The action continues in the Chickamauga Dam Tailwaters. Light tackle and a finesse presentation is the key. And big cats on light tackle is GREAT fun!

Nice cats, you ever fish the nickajack dam? I used to drive by there alot and always wanted to put a boat in. Great looking fish, thanks for the report.

Yes, I fish Nickajack Tailwaters (and/or lower lake) occasionally as well. It's a great fishery as well. Normally a pretty good Spring striper run below Nickajack but the last two years have been slower than normal.
