At a company dinner the other night I had someone learn I float tube and post on a national website. They wanted to know if you could float in a tube on any of the rivers inside Yellowstone national park legally. Had no idea but said I would ask. So does anyone know if it is legal to use a tube in a river inside the park? I don't think they want to fish but just float down the river in a tube.

[black]Like everything Federal, I'm sure that it's complicated. However they do cover all the bases with rules and laws.[/black]

I think that if you closely read all parts of the attached web site you should be able to find an answer to your inquiry.

Good information on 'Tubing', that's what I like and easy to know which area allows it. Illinois needs better information for tubing.
Tubing in YNP sound like a fun thing to do!
