Summer walleye in natural lakes are usually overlooked because of the lack of "classic structure" The lakes are usually shallow, averaging about 30 feet max with heavy weedgrowth around the lakes first major breakline.<br><br>Tactics to take these fish are varied but few. Prime example is the jig and leech, jig/minnow or slip bobber presentation or fishing at night with large thin minnow style baits.<br><br>Always the curious type, anyone out there with a different technique they use to pop those summer "eyes?" <br><br>keep those lines wet <br><br>Daniel C.
