You might get a little more crap back if you were talking Utah or BYU but the Aggies, come on, if your bragging about beating them, your barking up the wrong tree, LOL. Don't get me wrong they have their good years and at times they can beat Utah or BYU, but it don't happen often[

Holy Crap you must be desperate Braz if you are talking junk about beating the aggies. That's just pathetic. I'm a proud USU alum and trust me I know, they are truely one of the worst football teams in the country. In fact you should be embarrased that USU took a lead into the 4th in that game. You should hang your head in shame that you didn't win by 60, the Ags are that bad.

Wy beat Virginia and the Ags gave the Cowboys a run for awhile.( We are better than last year) I am an Ag Alum- hell even an Ag Athletic alum. I pull for the Ags thru thick and thin ( must come from being a Browns Fan) but the glory days are pretty much over unless something changes dramatically.
But no matter what- I would rather be going to school in Logan than Laramie any day. I competed against Wy in Laramie a few times and just couldn't come up for a reason of intentionally going there.

I also caught a lot of passes from Eric Hipple who played with Detroit. Rulon Jones was a year behind me. They crammed us into Lund Hall. It was the football dorm back then. I can think of some reasons to go there. My daughter goes there. There was 222 million dollars that came into that school last year alone. The scholarships that go out to those that qualify are wonderful. After all my daughters scholarships are done, Its cheaper for her to go there than it is for me to send her to the U or darn close to Utah state. and that is for non res. I was a little skeptical at first, however once I went over there and seen what UW had to offer, IT was a no brainer for me. IT a DAM NICE SCHOOL AND CAMPUs.
I will always root for the instate team, Except the Y. Would never cheer for them. HAd any other team been playing UTAH state ,i would have cheered for UTah State.

After hearing all the players that the Utes have loss this year already I'm a little concerned about there upcoming game this weekend but I've got to hope that other players will step up and fill their shoes. We all root for teams we know for what ever reason and there is nothing wrong with that. I think most of us know that Wyombraz was just giving us in Utah some good natured ribbing, it is all in fun and should not be taken too serious. This years football season is just starting, it will be interesting to see how it turns out. I'm glad Wyoming had a good weekend, I wish Utah's teams could say the same but thats the way it goes at times. I'm sure there will be some ups and downs for all our favorite teams before this year is over and I'm sure we will all be rooting for them until the bitter end[

Always pull for the interwest teams. Utah teams first of course though BYU can be tough to pull for. Depends on who they are playing. I like Wyoming, Montana, Montana St. etc. Just not when they are playing the Ag's. Basketball season is soon isn't it ? (0:

Right On Curt I know what you mean. My roots are deep in Wyoming and have always cheered for them. I always cheer for the locals though. I like seeing them win. Wyoming is able to recruit so much of what they have doto what they have to offer. Lots of money in that School.
There dorms are all hooked together with underground tunnels to get to the main food center and such, Very good security in place.

I think you hit it right on the head Curt, The deacons are the Cougs. I was totally disapointed in my Pokes this week. I am a diehard pokes fan. My Daughter and my money go there each semester. Been to a few of their games this year. They have a better team than I watched play Saturday. Granted once the Butt kicken started I changed the channel because I could not take it anymore.
I hope they get after the Cougs. And as Kokeking said, MAybe its time for Coach Glenn to take a walk and bring in some new blood. Will see what happens.
