I was wondering if one could be set up for the bfters that are 18 and younger. Nothing big or anything. Maybe like the winner gets a long sleeved shirt or hoody, or something like that. Just something for a little comp for us young guys. I love fishing at strawberry. Anybody up for that? Thanks

Hey I think that's a great Idea.
You can do catch and release tournaments there and as long as the tournament is not for money you can do it. I also i think it has to be under so many people. It's covered in the proclamation. You could also keep the legal size fish. You just have to go on the honor system with scoring your fish unless you have a big fish category and the biggest fish over 22" wins but at strawberry you only get to keep one over 22" as you already know.
Don't worry about having to pay a fee though unless it's a money tournament, and you can always have a friendly competition between friends...

yeah what i was thinking was the biggest fish over 22. Just take a picture with the tape in it. The only other problem I can think of is getting it started. Not really sure how i'd do that.
