Okay, stupid question needs answer: Why can't you post to most of the forums here in Utah anymore? I'm not on here much so I don't know why [mad]

Most of the boards from the [url "http://www.bigfishtackle.com/cgi-bin/gforum/gforum.cgi?forum=150;"][#000000][size 1]Fishing Report Archive[/size][/#000000][/url] down are just that, Archives only, they are not for posting on. If that was one of the boards you were trying to post on then you have your reason, I checked out the other boards and they seem to have the reply button. WH2

Thanks for the answer. More specifically, all the archives that have certain listed areas on them. I noticed that all those forums have last posts at the end of July or beginning of August, then no more posts (except for moderators). Everyone was posting at some time until then, not just moderators. Did someone just decide to make them read-only archives and just leave open the the general discussion board? Also, I have my member name here for BFT but I don't recall filling out the form to be a member of the Utah boards specifically either. Maybe I need to do that?

They have been read only boards for a very long time.

A moderator moves the post from the general board to the appropriate archive board sometime after people have finished posting to it. That is why the latest posts are from Aug.

Once registered to BFT you are registered for all the boards.
