By the 16th to 17th Fairview lakes will have some ice....
And in the high uinta's above 9,000' will be getting ice about this time of year...
By the 19th Huntington will have ice with some open spots in the middle with 1" to 2" around the edge...
By the 30 of Nov. Scofield will have some ice...

Your minnows are wrong, I know of a spot listed that already has some ice.

I just got back from down there and it was dumping snow on top like mad, at the lake (Huntington) and there was about 14" on the ground at the dam at 5:00....
