I know I have seen on here somewhere what products are best to repiar a small hole in the urethane bladder in my Fat Cat.
Am I correct in assuming that Aqua Seal will do the trick?
This is the first time I have had a hole in it. It is in the bottom, so was probably set on something sharp.
I have missplaced the patch kit that came with it. I'll order a new one and leave it in the seat back where it belongs. Thanks for all your vast knowledge,[cool] Mike

[#0000ff]AquaSeal is the best I have used for fixing a pinhole leak. But, there is a special tape you can buy at some Tubing Accessory sites that will make a quick patch and get you back out on the water. I got some at Cabelas but have not had to use it since I got it. The ratings on it are great. I will probably continue to use AquaSeal when I have the time to let it cure, but I keep the Kwik Patch in my travelling kit.[/#0000ff]

Thank you Tube Dude!!![
] Saved my skin for sure. I'll use the Aqua Seal, and while it is curing, The Kwik Patch patch kit will be on the way from Cabela's.
I sure hope the members are appreciative of all the help you provide on this site.[cool] Mike

A tube of Marine Goop and a roll of good duct tape are always with me on the water. Works for canoes, kayaks tubes and toons. A small leak is easily taken care of with a small glob of Goop smeared over the hole with a moistened finger.

Thank you smallmouth89. It's always a good idea to have different options. In this case as of last night, I have Aqua Seal in hand and Kwik Patch on the way.
I've found that quick fix on my Fat Cat is more complex than my Fish Cat #4s . The Fish Cats only require a simple vinyl patch available all over the place.
I don't forsee a problem when I carry the fix kit with me at all times to avoid problems[crazy]. Thanks all, Mike

I found another patch for urethane bladders. It is called ] Tear-Aid Patch Type A ] The "type A" is important. This is the same patch that is included in the Outcast Fat Cat. repair packet in the seat back.
I googled it up and it is available retail in many places. Mike
