Hit the ladders at 745 am in my canoe and had great success once I found the fish. They were not on the fish finder that I could see, but trolling the first 3 hours proved to be the ticket. I registered 8 maybe on the finder and zippo the rest of the morning. They were around 20-30 feet deep for me. The cuts were between 20-24" long and very fat indeed. I used the pointers in a brown and ghost color as suggested by the rest of you out there. The ghost with the moving tail and white hair was a killer for me. The weather was awesome and everyone I talked to agreed.....All were released for ice fishing
