went back up to huntington today.. meet up with Bret fish_addict at walkers in fairviwe and headed up to the lake.. well got there got all the stuff packed on the snowmobile or Bret--[
]. and headed down to the lake.. well got out there to my spot and after some difficulty's with the gas auger (i forgot the allan wrench) but we made it work..
fishing was not as good as yesterday but still not bad.. was very cold up there all day even in the ice hut..

The videos are awesome Ron. I would love to meet up with you again some time to see the video in person. I love when the fish come through close to the camera so you can see their patterns. Have you ever tried holding the jid closer to the camera to bring the fish closer to the camera?

yes i have tryed to get the fish closer to the camera. if you watch in some of the first video's i did when the fish comes in i'll try and lift the jig up closer to the camera. problem of it is most the time the fish wanted the jig down by the bottom.. and it kind-a hard to get them to move up infrount of the cam. but i do try.. and if ya watch some of the videos i'm not even trying to catch the fish i'm just trying to make them realy mad. you would not beleve how hard they will slam a jig when they get realy mad at the jig.. [sly]
i think i got video of one yesterday i got realy mad i did not hook it but it was cool to see it attacking my jig. i'll try and find it today and post it up..

well if ya look in the bottom left cornor of some of the videos you'll see a white speck.. thats a little demend tipped with minnow,worms, and millworm,, all day that pole bearley got a bite.. tell i put a whole minnow on it and put it right on the bottom..
i can't show all the video and let ya see how the fish just leve when the big white jig is not down there.. i put other things on but in the end the 2" with a 1/16 oz head tipped with a whole minnow worked the best all day.. not saying that it will work for everyone. just works good for me.. lol [sly]

just so ya can see i did give the small stuff a try.. and my buddy troy cought the Brown on the demond tipped with minnow. and i did hit 4 or 5 with it to.. the genz worm worked good as well. but only if i was calling them in with the white tube.. so i think they can see it from longer away and come over for a look.. the small stuff would not get them sniffing around the hole..
