Are they only giving 100 every 1/2 hr, and the biggest fish of the day? Or are they doing 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, of the day + every 1/2 hr ?

It all depends on how many entries there are. There will be the gaurenteed half hourly $100 prizes and most likley, the top four longest of the day.
