Yes you can fish it. I think its gonna take some one spending a little time out there to figure them out. If a guy can find some fish, and keep trying everything who knows. I hit it once last year, Tryed everything I could think of and got one really nice Perch on the west side on a small jigging Rapala. Go figure.
