I see on the camera at Bear Lake that the Utah State Park marina is frozen over. Looks like fishing from a boat is over for the season (unless one is able to launch from somewhere else).

I wonder what the deal is with the Bubblers? They were running earlier this fall when they were not needed in October and November. I know BLFG is not availible right now, Hopefully he can let us know
