1 lb. Striped Bass Fillets
White wine
Salt
Olive oil
2 to 3 tablespoons butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 cup parsley
1/2 lemon, quartered

Saute the striped bass fillets steak in oil and/or butters.
Remove steaks to a serving dish and keep warm.
Deglaze the pan with white wine and lemon. Pour
the sauce over the steaks, Top with parsley and
serve with lemon wedges.

the lemon quarters.
