2 pounds [1 kg] striped bass fillets
2 tbsp. Butter
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon [15 ml] lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Oregano
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup sliced onions

Arrange fillets in a buttered baking dish.
Combine sour cream, grated cheese, lemon juice
and spread over fish. Top with onion slices.
Bake into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven for 15
minutes or until fish is tender.
