Lately, every time I read the TGF reports for Oregon it mentions something about the luck that "plunkers" are having with steelhead fishing. My question is this: What in the world is a plunker? Or, what is plunking? I'm clueless!

Plunkers are bank tanglers who use rigs that utilize large sinkers and floating rigs. You should call my uncle and have him show ya.[

Thanks LH2! I still have his phone number. In a couple weeks I should be able to afford a fishing license and git myself out there. I'll call him then.

He's leaving to come back up in the morning. He said when he gets home the springers will be starting. I wish i could come up there for them.[unsure]
