Took my wife & kids to Echo on Saturday. We got there at 1:00, and there was a about 6 or 8 inches of snow on the ice and some slush. The edge was crumbling in on us a little as we got on. Drilled some holes at 35 feet, and were getting good bites before I got our fourth hole drilled. My kids each caught a couple perch, and my poor wife caught nothing. However for being our 5th time out this year she is still being a trooper even though she just can't seem to ice much! We then moved into 25 feet and got a ton of nibbles, but no fish. It was an awesome day to be on the ice with my family & we can't wait to go out next weekend.[
