] I usually fish on tueday's and never seen so many people out before! besides weekends! but sort of a slow day today we only iced 17 between 2 of us! all bows.

I guess you and I have a different definition of slow then, 8 or 9 fish in a day is not a slow day in my book. But then I do suck at ice fishing.

Ha ha I was one of them! I went out around 430 with my wife. We iced 5 in about 25 minutes. Were you the group on the north east side of the island about 65 yards out?

Glad to here you at least had some what of a produtive day. Orvis one I usually agree , but than I just barley started Ice fishing last year, and have not done that much of it. Most of my trout fishing has been at the berry where I am happy to catch 2-4 fish in a day, as I am still learning.

We were out there early in the mornin and left at noon so it wasn't us! A slow day is when you fish for 4 hours and hook only 17[
] we should have had way more in that amount of time in my book! but I've been icefishin for 20+ years and have alot of icefishin equipment at my disposal[
