ok about a pass...like on Utah lake is it only good for the Provo marina park of will it get you into American Fork harbor and Lindon also? or are they seperate? and Deer Creek, will it let me go into all the pay areas or just the state park campground area?
I have obviously never bought one and am just curios before I do!
Thanks[

The state park pass is good at all utah state parks, just not federal parks and at 75 bucks a year you cant go wrong mine has paid for it self three fold atleast.[

462 is correct about the state park pass, it only works at the state parks and it does not pay for the camping, just part of it. You can call and find out for sure but one of the guys said it takes $2 off the cost of camping at the state parks camp grounds. It does however pay the full cost of getting into the parks. I'm not sure about all the different launch areas at Utah lake but at least one is private and the state parks pass will not work there. Both of the launch areas at Deer creek are state owned, so the pass works there but again only for entry, not for camping. If you decide to buy one, there is a $5 off coupon in the fishing guide that will lower the cost to $70. I hope this helps and just as 462 said, it is a good deal, if you go often it can save you big $$$$$. WH2

As was stated already it would work at both ramps at Deer Creek. Provo is the only harbor on Utah Lake that takes it though.
