We are planning an RV trip thru Utah for the mid May to Mid June period. I would appreciate leads on good and accessible fly fishing locations throughout Utah. I will not have a boat so I will need to find spots for wading or find a local guide. The "war department" doesn't mind me going as long as there is something for her to do in the area so I'll need to find places that meet that requirement - most of the time!!
Thanks for any and all help.

There are tons of spots. A trip to the two blue ribbon waters the provo and the Green are a must. That is run off season so tailwaters will be your best bet.

There is a great camp site right below Jordanell dam (Middle Provo) Park City is a hop skip and a jump from there (for the wife)

The previous suggestions about tailwaters (Provo, Green) are probably going to be your best bets. We have a heavy snowpack this year and you are coming right in the middle of what promises to be a real blowout runoff this year.

I was going to also mention the run off. Keep you fingers crossed, but it doesn't look good for that time of year.
You could always pm me when you get here. I do have spare tubes for a little stillwater.

As mentioned the runoff is going to be nasty. Even with the tailwaters the rivers will be running higher than most like to fish. I'd suggest the Green River, it and it's fish are use to different flows on a regular basis.
I'd suggest stillwater fishing. Take up any offer to get out on a tube, toon, or boat.

I agree with Green River or Stillwater. I hit almost nothing but stillwater at this time. Moving water will not only be high but off-color the earlier in May, with gradual clearing as May gets shorter and turns to June. Still, fish the edges of the moving stuff with San Juan Worms, Prince Nymphs, etc., and one can still take fish.
