Last year I could tell you the exact wind speed, temp and if it would rain or not for any lake all year round, this year at best its a crap shoot, has anyone found a reliable weatherman for this year?

[cool][#0000ff]So far this year, every time I have relied on my sources (three or four), they have been 100% wrong...100% of the time. So, I now figure that I can plan on the weather being just the opposite of the forecast. Theoretically, that should make me right more often than the weatherman.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]TODAY'S FORECAST? Fair and sunny with occasional heavy downpours...and a chance of snow, fire, earthquakes and pestilence.[/#0000ff]

Mother Nature is having PMS or something. Several times I'd look at the forecast, and it would say good weather, then when the day came, it'd be cold and wet.... then if it was supposed to be cold and wet, I'd wake up to find sunshine and decent temperatures!
As Charlie Brown would say... AUGH!
For instance, Saturday was supposed to snow... like, 60% chance. All day, it was nice and warm and bright...I could'a gone fishing, if I'd asked to take work off! And I want to go to Willard Bay tomorrow, but I won't know if I can until I wake up in the morning and see what it's really like... [i]*SIGH*[i]

Hey give the weathermen some credit. They usually get yesterday's weather correct.[

The best weather reporting I have found is Weather Underground. http://www.wunderground.com/cgi-bin/findweather/getForecast?query=84601
I report from my station to them. They will change their forecast regularly if necessary to be as current as possible. Most places will get the report from the NOAA in the wee hours of the morning and if things change, like they always do, they still report the old weather. Best around is this site I mentioned. My site is www.The-Belvederes.com/outside I am still working at building it, but most of it is there. It is great for current readings but for what is going to happen, use Weather Underground. Good luck.

What is "[#0000ff]pestilence"? Sounds like something I would call my fishing partner after the 1000th question while fishing.[/#0000ff]

You better not take me fishing for a while, until I get used to it all

I ran acrossed this site and like the graphs and radar - be sure and select "loop" after you see the radar.

Find somewhere besides Willard Bay, Dawn
We fished there all day yesterday. Tried everything from trolling to plastics. Finally managed one lonely catfish on a worm. It was the only fish I even saw caught. I even asked 3 different groups that hadn't had a bite
Sorry, Ed
