Accokeek, Maryland - Beretta USA Corporation is pleased to partner with Texas Motor Speedway in donating a very unique matched pair of autographed Beretta Stampede revolvers to be offered at the auction during the Beretta Celebrity Clay Shoot with the proceeds being donated to the Speedway Children's Charities. Beretta is the official firearm of the Texas Motor Speedway.
"Beretta USA is the title sponsor of the Third Annual Beretta Celebrity Clay Shoot held each year prior to the November NASCAR race at Texas Motor Speedway", stated Patrick McDonald, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Beretta USA. "This event uses the thrill of shooting sports to bring together current and former NASCAR drivers and other celebrities that believe in giving back to support our children. Beretta is proud to be a partner with the Speedway Children's Charities to sponsor this great event and to donate the Stampede Revolvers, which are sure to be a collector's dream."
These highly embellished revolvers are identical in every way to the matched pairs received by victorious NASCAR drivers in Texas Motor Speedway's Victory Lane. They are made even more valuable as the four winning NASCAR drivers from the Texas Motor Speedway races in 2005 and 2006 have personally signed them. Greg Biffle, Carl Edwards, Kasey Khane and Tony Stewart have personally autographed the ivory polymer grip panels. The Beretta Stampede revolvers are reproductions of the famous 1873 Model P Single Action Army, the handgun that "Won the American West". The metal surfaces of the pair of revolvers are lavishly engraved and finished in a brilliant color-case and charcoal blue finish. In addition, each revolver is individually numbered with a gold inlaid "1" or "2", identifying it as part of this highly unique and valuable consecutively serial numbered set. These .45 Colt caliber revolvers are displayed in a period authentic, fitted desktop wood presentation case complete with display cartridges and an engraved plaque honoring the NASCAR drivers and the date of their victory at Texas Motor Speedway.
The suggested retail value of each cased pair is $3,000.00.
