I posted this on the flyfishing page, but I figure a few other people will see it here. This event allowed Stonefly society and Cache Anglers to give the largest in kind contribution for land acquistion ever given by a fishing group. I will post the link tomorrow.

Dear Fellow Fly Fishing & Outdoor Enthusiast,

Just wanted to send out another reminder about the expo coming up on May 1-3.

* If you're interested in attending the banquet Saturday evening we still have plenty of tickets available. Kelly Galloup will be our guest speaker. We have some great trips and gear available for the LIVE auction. Come out and support this great cause and enjoy the evening. This year's banquet should be quite enjoyable. Refer to the banquet RSVP form attached for ticket information. Try and get your rsvp in by April 20th or let me know that you will be buying tickets the day of the expo.

* We've also got a great lineup of classes and workshops and there are plenty of openings. We have anything from Fly Fishing for Carp, to Spey Casting, to a Digital Photography class. You will not be able to find a better lineup of classes anywhere in Utah. And for $15 you can't beat it. Refer to the workshop/class sign-up form attached. Please try to mail in your sign-up forms in by April 25th.

* The Wasatch Fly Fishing Film Festival is all set and ready to go for Thursday evening May 1st. We will be featuring 7-8 mini films that are action packed and inspiring....all fly fishing. You'll be able to see anything from catching huge trout in Colorado, to stealhead fishing in Oregon, to fly fishing high mountain streams. It should be a great evening. Fishtech Outfitters in Salt Lake will be our official sponsor of the film festival this year. We still have plenty of tickets available so send in your RSVP form soon. Also, we will be doing a raffle for a fly rod as well as some door prizes and giveaways. Everyone that attends will be eligible to win the fly rod.

* We have 13 different vendors that will be exhibiting their products and services on Friday and Saturday. Fly fishing product reps, guide services, product manufacturers, local fly shops, etc. It's a great opportunity to see some of the newest and best fly fishing gear of the year.

* Attn Parents: Cache Anglers will be having a fly tying area just for the kids where they can come and learn how to tie flies.

DON'T FORGET, GENERAL ADMISSION IS FREE TO THE PUBLIC.

Please come out and support us. The funds raised during the expo will be used for future conservation projects and possible stream/land acquisitions. Thanks in advance for your support. Check out our expo web site for more details. www.wasatchexpo.com
