Ok all I have gotten my new to me little tincan water worthy over the winter and would like to take her out on Sunday so that she can stretch her legs and hopefully get into some fish.

I was thinking of any of the above waters for these reasons

Pineview ... Crappy/Tigers
Yuba ... Perch/Walleye/Pike
Willard ...Kitties/Wipers
DC ... Walleye's

I am a little excited as she is my first boat. The Motor has been gone over by the mechanic that has always servced her prior to me getting her and he replaced the water pump. I have the electronics wired in and ready to rock. Know just need to decide which way we are driving? Any info would be greatly appreciated. I do have a feeling the eyes may still have a bit of lockjaw but you never know.

Thanks

I'm in the same boat you are (pun intended), I'm taking the boat out for the first time this year on Sunday and don't know whether to go to UL or DC...

I would do DC because the fishing is usally great at ice off for browns and bows. I have had non stop catching days there.I might just head out there tomorow and give it a try if i get my chores done saturday.

Yuba has had Ice of the longest. It could be the warmest. Those walleyes should be coming off spawn and a few sunny days (storms have been in northern part of state) could make for some fish.
