My kids are dying to go out in the boat and catch some fish. So I was thinking of taking them to Mantua Saturday to see what we can stirr up. Can any of you help we with what to use and where?
I have not fished Mantua in a long time, and I'm not a huge bass fisherman so I'm kinda cluless for them. I/ we don't care what we catch but i would like to find some decent to fast action to keep them interested.

Thanks for your replies.

For fastest action, I would find the deep pockets in the weeds and use the typical ice fishing set up for the bluegills and perch. You should be able to pick up bass and slimers using the same thing. That should keep the little ones entertained for a while any ways[:p] for the bass, cranks and spinner baits work well for bass in the trees and weed beds along the shore.
