Hit the river right at 6am. I met up with Michael, one of the new members, to show and tell.... I can't remember his board name.
Anyway, the white bass below the spillway, is just about a gurantee on every cast. PLENTY!!!!!

After he got there, I looked over at my other pole, and it was bowed over!!! He (Michael) took off to get it for me, and landed the first kittie of the day, bout a 4-5 lb'er.

After that we moved around a bit, caught 3 more channels, and several mudders. Biggest was about 6 lbs.
A good day overall, just slow. We fished for the kitties from about 7am till noon. After that we hit another area on the Jordan, and very small (6") kitties were biting, but that is it.

I was there last night in the Kayak, they were still catching them below the dam. I also found a school of Crappie that were willing to play.
I did better on Kitties farther down stream, just past the plane park.
