Have any of you guys fished Wheeler canyon up near Pineview?

I fished it a couple years ago. It has several small cutts in it. I used various flies. The only problem is there is a lot of trees and brush which makes fly fishing difficlut. The pools are all pretty small... It's been a while, but maybe I will try it later this summer again.

Right now it is running high with all the run off.

sounds kind of like the north fork. And your right I am sure the water is running high. But Think i'll try to check it out this weekend. explore a little...

Yeah, it's a lot like the north fork up towards the camping areas, but i think the north fork is easier to fish... good luck, let me know how it goes.

Don't plan on catching anything over 12 inches. If I were you, I would go fish the Ogden. You would catch twice as many fish and they would be twice as big.

I fish the Ogden all the time. I was just looking to try some place different that wasn't to far of a drive. Any other ideas?
