Why in thw world are we only going to be able to get our licenses on line? I only deal with cash, no credit cards. What am I supposed to do?

Tell me about it. I went to Wal-Mart and was told to go online. I went online and got charge for extra fee. My brother in-law got his at Bass Pro Shop (yes, they still sells license there) but he paid higher fee for it. Ridiculous!
