My wife is finally letting me get out on Mead for fathers day. I bought myself a tube and am ready to hit the water. Does anyone have a suggestion as the best place to put a tube in to get the best results. I want to make the most of this since it doesn't happen to often. Thanks to all.

[cool]Hey bmitchell, try going out of 33 hole. You can launch and go into vegas wash. Go in at gray light( before it crests over the hills) and throw a shad pattern. I use a rattle trap that is gray and white. Or use anything white(rapala xrap or husky jerk, curly tail grub, crankbait, etc.) that has good action. I also rig up a topwater plug(zara spook puppy or a popper) on another rod in case they are on top after shad. As far as grubs, I use the Gulp! 3" minnow grub.It always works. Good luck and have fun.

Big E is right. crankbaits and topwater lures...Also a grubs used as a drop bait. Go before first light. Be on the water about 4:30 in the morning so you can be fishing a little before 5:00. If it's calm, you might try a weightless senko or fluke for bass.
