Just a reminder that just because we had the latest winter weather I can remember - we are in FULL tourist mode NOW... lottsa idiots on the freeways, waterways, and ya need to take it slower just to stay safe....

That's too bad, sounds like that second boat wasn't looking where it was going. It must have been going very fast to launch over the top of the anchored boat. I know at Willard last Friday the jet skies were out in force and doing some stupid things. Summer time = stupid time for a lot of folks.
