I need 3 judges to help with the judging.
We will need probably 6 or 7 people to help cook and volunteer to bring cooking equipment. We can do fish that are caught, hot dogs, hamburgers, salads, or whatever anyone wants to bring.
If we do fish at the bbq we will need volunteers to help with the filleting. You will need to bring your own equipment.
We will need eating utensils like plates, forks spoons, paper cups etc.
We will need 2 people to fill out raffle tickets and register the contest entrants.
We will need some large coolers or a small swimming pool and ice for drinks. We will also need some large trash bags.
If anyone has any ideas for the kids prizes or games let me know.

I will bring a "kiddie" pool (I have 2 if needed) and the large trash bags and will offer to haul out trash if need be. I can fillet (will need to sharpen my knife and my skillz a bit) fish too!!! As far as a couple bucks to donate who do you want to give that too and when? I also have about 7 million boxes/bags of fish fry/batter, I will bring a few with me!!!
On a side note, thanks for the gear for kochanut and the other soldiers!!!

i can donate the extra planner board i have for the raffle. comes with board, teather line and clips. i'll leave it unpainted so whoever wins it can paint it what color they want.

We can get more boats but do we gotta get out and float and drag? Were do we register or just show up? Crap! theres gotta be a couple fish in the bowl still.
and to you guys that can't count 1 wiper , 1 walleye was the total at the scales, not an entire stringer. Guess I missed that part of meeting. Were In but how!!
