Full Version: Rod and reel stolen, but good customer service from Cabelas..

My wife bought me a travel saltwater rod and reel from Cabela's for my birthday, planning on using it in Costa Rica in Jan. anyway the line I ordered showed up yesterday but no rod and reel, I checked the order status and UPS stated that it arrived in Illinois but all the contents were missing. I contacted Cabelas and they have already shipped me a new one, will be here on the second. That's good customer service, didn't wait for the investigation just sent out another.[Smile]

I third on the customer services. My wife bought me some good snow boots for my birthday and they never came so we called and they sent us a new pair. They did call u.p.s to see what had happened and the forgot to but the apt.# on the order. So they sent another pair. excellent services. pineviewfisher
