Well here is the report some of you wanted as I spoke to you on the phone, It was a great time, (thanks Doug) First off I left the camera home so the only pic's is on my camera phone, FNC landed 17 fish ( 11 Wiper, 5 Waleye, 1 Cat) the largest wiper was tiping the scale at 5.2 lbs, 25 1/2 " Doug had one on that was about 6 lbs and lost it after it was in the boat (even took the lure with it) if you catch it I want my lure back, the 4 polls we were using all had the same lure on it, The lure was on fire tonight, (Just a Wallmart bargin bin $2.00 deal) if you want to know what it is PM me, last year it was a hot lure as well, The water temp was 80* and the trolling speed almost 4 mph (GPS) at one time we had all 3 lines hooked up with fish WOW what a fun time, I do not use leader liine, just a line that totaly disapears in the water, Doug is an excellent fisherman thanks alot for the tips (even though it is not Alaska salmon), The first fish was on at about 4:10pm and all the fish were on by 6:30pm then it was a dry spell the rest of the nght, alot of meat for the family YUM [laugh]We will hit it again Sat night. perhaps we will see you out there.[fishin]

DOES ANYONE KNOW THE DEPTH OF THE NORTH MARINA OUTLET?HAS ANYONE HAD ANY LUCK EARLIER IN THE DAY? WANT TO TAKE MY TWO DAUGHTERS THERE TODAY.

North marina I think is about 6-8 feet, some one else may know for sure, I use the south end, and hit bottom last night, you need to stay in the middle or your in trouble and my boat is some what small, Afternoon fishing dies , and then picks up again round 5-6 pm. I took my wife and son out there Friday night for a couple hours also. we fished mostly by the feed lot area and we caught 9 or 10 fish from 6:30 until sunset when we left. We also had 2 get off right at the boat and one that broke off my leader at the mainline knot. It was a great evening to be out there, just enough wind to kepp the bugs tolerable and not too many other boats out.
