Launched at Cottonwood at sunrise. Water temp in the 80's. Clarity to 30 ft. Glassy ride down to the Glory Hole. Fished the off shore flats to 30 ft. Tried the cove right in that area. Carp were surfacing.

Little sign on the sonars.

Pulled out and went to Golo Point area. Fished about a mile of flat points, some fronts of coves, and a bit of submerged brush. Got some Sago Pond weed there; not much though. I was targeting the emerging weedbeds.
About noon, Wind came up and I went to large crankbait and swimbait. No bites

Saw a large school of stripers about 11" long middle of the day. They were attacking my tube. Mouths were still too small for a 3" tube.

2:30 PM I pulled out and went to second cove upstream of the launch area. Caught one small largemouth of submerged bush. He bit solidly. Fished the cove a bit and no more bites. That was it.

I just never found them...
