hit willard from about 7pm till the sun hit the deck, the freaking surface water temp was 87 degrees, well long story short the fishing has slowed for our know how. We trolled cranks the whole time and picked up 1 decent wiper and 1 17 inch walleye. looks like i will be trout fishing tommorow

How deep was the north Marina? How bad were the bugs?

the north marina still has a good amount of water in it. the water level has dropped about 18 inches or so over the past couple of weeks, there is one hump on the way out of the marina that is around 4 feet shallow so putt out a ways before you gun it. the mini little annoying bugs were in full force but not so many mesquitos. the wiper was 21ish not way long but he was plumped up, i released it so i don't know what he was eating, but he inhaled a whole shad rap including the lip on it
