Hey everyone. I've lived in utah most of my life and love to fish. I have yet to fish from a boat or float tube. But it seems like every single time i go fishing, the people in the float tubes are catching fish and I'm not.. So i figured, why not join em? [cool] I've been looking into float tubes and other gear necessary for tubing. (also with some help from the tubing god tubedude) My wife and i have just recently moved back to utah from washington state and i have had some serious fishing withdrawls. We are on a very tight budget with the move and having a little fisherman on the way. I'm lookin for anyone who might have some used but still good gear ( float tubes, waders, flippers, etc ) that they are tryin to get rid of, or if anyone has any advice on what kind of gear would be the best quality for my dollar. any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I would love to bring my family into the great family of tubers Smile

[cool][#0000ff]Welcome back to Utah and welcome to the dark side. Hopefully we can scare up some gear to get you out on Utah Lake to chase some of those big ol' kitties.[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]I am sure we can find something serviceable to get you started. How big are you and what shoe size do you wear?[/#0000ff]

[#0000ff]By the way, you are not the first guy to figure out that tubers have advantages over bank tanglers. I would be willing to bet that most of us went through the same though processes at one time or another, on our way to becoming tubaholics.[/#0000ff]

I'm very excited to be on the dark side. I'm stoked to go chase some of those kitties on utah lake. [:p] I'm about 5'10" and weigh around 175 or so. shoe size is 9 1/2 or 10.
Welcome to the world of Tubing. We hope you will come to enjoy tubing as much as the rest of us have.[cool]
