The Thirteenth Annual Thursday's Child Bass Invitational will be held this Saturday at Beck's on Lake Wisconsin. Thursday's Child Inc., is a southern Wisconsin organization, which provides a wish or dream to those deserving youngsters with a catastrophic illness.
Ninety-five percent (95%) or more of all monies and contributions go directly toward making those dreams come true. Thursday's Child is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization with an all volunteer staff. And board. Since 1984, hundreds of children have been granted a "dream." From 1996-2007, this local tournament has raised over $198,000.00.
The event has all-day activities for the whole family. It is a great chance to treat customers, employees, friends, and yourself to a day of fun. There will be volleyball, horseshoes, and live music. An all-you-can-eat barbeque will be served from 1-4 PM. All participants receive a free meal and beverage. All sponsorships are tax-deductible and all proceeds go to Thursday's Child Inc.
