I went there yesterday and had a blast also. I ended up with a nice mixed bag of huge 'gills and 7 big LMB. I stayed one little area because the boys in the real boats were kicking up a bunch of waves. Caught all of my bass on a carolina rigged 7 inch plastic worm. The gills took a jig.

I will definetly return there.

Not a bad fish at all.
I was in my float tube when the skiers showed up and started rocking me all around. I can't wait to take my son there.

Is the water level holding steady or is it falling pretty quickly? How about Twin also, I noticed you went there too!!!???

falling very fast i think i was out there one day and went out a few days later and it fell a few feet, twin on the other hand I'm not sure how fast its falling i was out there one day and you can barely get past the island to the other lake but not sure how deep it is i don't have a depth finder on my canoe.

Ok you guys,
If I had to pick one spot, fishing from a tube, where do I go, glendale, Weston or Twin. I've fished Condie and Devil and have reported accordingly.[Smile] Love those bassies.

I'd tell you to stay away from Condie. It was deader than dead yesterday. We were in my buddies boat and fished the shore line, the center, and everywhere we could think a fish could be hiding. My buddy got 1 nice hit and then it was cast and reel, cast and reel.

Now Glendale, my buddy and I have had good results. He caught the biggest large mouth bass of his life, and I we pulled in many perch, a few pan fish, crappies, and a few blue gills. The water is warm from 6am to night fall.

hey leaky

yeah i would agree with j dub i talked to a few locals with the bass boats and such and they said they was out there for 9 hours and just one maybe 2 hits and that's it for condie j dub and i fished it trying different jigs worms plastics all and nothing. Glendale is great right now my wife works at the gash station in burger king and says people are coming in with LOTS of success stories twin is another hot spot right now trout are hitting great have beautiful colors to em bass are hitting good and the blue's are starting to come in just not in size as they where yrs past. now as for weston its been quite from the folks i talk to, earlier in the yr its been hot using senko type worms and such but for now i dont have a report i guess that is where ill have to go take out the ol boat next ill let you all know how i do....
