I got out this morning on the Creek and had a great day! In fact in Baseball Terms "A GRAND SLAM"
I caught 3 bows, 2 brookies, 4 brown and ONE cutt.
Didn't get a picture of the brookie, but here is the others

RAINBOW FATTY:

That counts!

In the Florida Keys, its a tarpon, bone fish, and permit on the flats. In the Everglades, its a tarpon, red fish, and snook. Wyoming has its own "cutt slam" program if you catch each species of cutthroat from within the state. (Yellowstone, bear lake, snake river, Colorado river, I think?)

For me, its a shark, barracuda, and tarpon on the flats!

It's all just another made-up way to keep score and have some kind of goal to shoot for. Variety is kinda nice when you can catch 4 different trout on one fly, from one creek. Nice! (looked like a dry one too--hair cripples float![Wink])
