hey everyone, i go to a little lake almost every other day. I recently found out after many experiments, shrimp works best there. Problem is, i can't seem to pull out any bigguns'. I'm using one whole piece of raw shrimp and a good sized treble hook (freelining). Is there some rig I could use to pull out bigger cats, or is it just up to chance?

That is just luck of the draw.

Big fish don't get big by being dumb. Some of the bigger fish have already seen what's out there. You may need to ad an extra piece of shrimp to make the bait a little bigger.[cool]
