Is it reasonable to go fishing from a tube on strawbarry? I was wondering if it is always to windy or crowded with boats. Also, if it is good, where is a good spot. I would love to get involved with some of those big trout I see pictures of on this web sight.

Try asking this over in the flyfishing forum. A lot of them are tubers and hit the Berry early in the mornings.

Yes you can tube on Strawberry. I have used mine at Mud Creek, Rennegade, Chicken Creek East and West and the ladders. You do have to watch the wind at times and maybe change your plans but it's a lot of fun from a tube.

Thanks for the info. When I get closer to going I will try and get info to where some of those places are.

Pretty much what TL said. I usually like to go up in the sprin and fall and hit both Chicken Creek E and W and the ladders.
