I plan to fish on Willard next Monday and heard the water was extremely low. Which marina would be better to launch from?
Thanks

What sort of boat do you have? I have an aluminum boat and I have no problem on the south, and I see people with bigger boats launch thier all the time too. GOOD LUCK

The water is a few inches deeper at the north marina.

I have a 19 foot Lund and have launched in low water before. I usually motor out using my trolling motor but that was a couple years ago. Thanks for the reply.

You should be fine.

We launched our 23' Trophy last Sunday no problem. Stay in main channel and you will be ok.

[#800000]The difference between the two marinas pertains to getting in and out of the boat from shore – there are NO docks at either place. While the north marina has a mostly sandy shoreline, the south marina shoreline is 99% rocks. I would recommend using the north marina.[/#800000]
