I live over in teh Idaho Falls area and I am really intrested in fishing some Grayling. Does any one know where I can go to do so? If so please help me fish the lakes they are in. Thanks Dustin

Closer by Grebe Lake YNP.

Grebe Lake in Yellowstone is the place to go. It is a three mile hike in on relativly flat ground. Get there early before the wind comes up for dry fly action. I think it is worth the effort to pack a float tube in as the fish are often just far enough off shore to make fishing difficult.

I'll second that. Grebe Lake is the place, and the hike's not bad at all.

Ill have to go and check that out. there in Gerber lake. I am going to visit my brother next year in Alaska and he has some awsome lakes to catch some nice trophy grayling but I wanted to get into some around here. Thanks for the tip. As for dry flies what do you use? Just what ever the hatch is doing or is there something that they will hit on a pretty consistant basis?
