So what are the Muskie Regulations for Fish Lake? I heard they have changed from last year. How long do they have to be and I assume its just one fish right? I cant seem to find this information in the Utah Fishing Regulations. Please post links if you have them to your source. Thanks in advance!

Per the Guide, there are no specific Muskie reg's for Fish Lake (page 38).
Only specific Muskie reg is Bag & Possession Limits, page 33: you get to keep 1 over 40". All others released.

Good luck finding them in Fish Lake. I believe one had been spotted once, probably that had travelled upstream from Johnsons Reservoir. You can catch Tiger Muskies at the following lakes:
Pineview Reservoir
Newton Reservoir
Bullock Reservoir
Cottonwood Reservoir
Johnsons Reservoir
