After catching a few nice Bass in
the 2 to 3 pounds range using my
trusty D&M swimbait, I spotted
this monster near some structure
in deeper water. After 20 casts, I
finally gave up and reeling in got
a strong hit. It was the Hawg!!! When
it jumped I knew it was a trophy! I
was getting real nervous as it started
to take a lot of line. It kept bulldogging
it's way into the sharp structure to break
me off. After a great fight, I landed my
trophy Bass. It was beautiful, after some
pics, I released this beast into the depths
from which it came. AWESOME!!

Thanks TubeN2
I do wish to catch this trophy a couple years down
the road, it has potential for double digit size.
I dream of catching a 15 or 18 pounder one day[Smile]
Take care buddy.

Thanks Peter
My luck seemed to have run out, haven't caught a nice bass over 3 pounds since that big one. Hope things get better in November.
Take care

i wouldnt worry about it too much, there is plenty of time to get into some good sized fish. November is a prime time for big bass, as a matter of fact I would say that I have caught just as many if not more truly big bass in fall as the spring. You'll pull another soon enough,

Tight Lines,
Peter
