Headed up to Jordanelle this morning with Brent to see how the bass are doing, got there at 6:45 and had my first bass on the boat ramp...
Water was 60* at o-dark 30 and got up to 63* when we left at 2:30...
We found the bass in their fall patterns... The biggest was 17 1/2" right at 2 lb, we boated 39 bass on senk-o and drop shots...

Nice report Bassrods.
I have enjoyed your posts all summer, which have contributed to my success up there at the nelle. First of all what are the fall patterns for bass? Second, my boat is out of service for the fall and I was woundering if I could get into some bass from the shore? Up rock cliff arm? or will I need my float tube?
Thanks, Travis

If your after the bass forget rock cliff from a tube. Launch from the pwc ramp (main marina) and head south..slowly [

].

We found that the bass will move to the steeper banks in fall and hold at 5' to 20'...
The rock cliff arm is working the best at this time...

Would you launch a tube at rock cliff to fish for bass right now? Better have some good fins [

].

Your right.. Good fins or a 225 on the back of your tube...[cool][shocked]
