Rather than clutter a pre exhisting post with stats on a fin that some are just not interested in, I am starting a new post.

Measuring Force Fins is a little tricky with a some what ridged tape measurer, but here is some close figures, just add more inches for the curves.
Not the curve here, this is what allows you to walk forward in them as they also curve up with a shoe....a SPOON [inline FF8.jpg]

Here are pics of my set of fins. The obvious difference is the lack of "vortex generators" (questionable effectiveness) and that FGs blades are about an inch wider at the end. All other dims with respect to a foot in the fins are pretty close. That extra 1/2" on either edge gives you at most a few square inches of fin out at the ends. Could make a difference, but not a make or break I think...

I'm borrowing my friend's pair of fins that are just like FG's and I'll report on my findings...
