Hit Lucky Peak one more time. Terrific fishing. Within 1-2 minutes from putting in (two downriggers and one lead core) we had a triple! Next, a double. Seemed that they were schooled up pretty tight. All kokanee were 12"ers, We were heading home with two limits after 1 1/2 hrs. of fishing. Stopped at the F and G hunting and fishing check point, and talked to the fisheries manager. He said that L.P. has become one of their best projects. They are experimenting with triploid kokes, but are reluctant to place too many of them in there in that the current method of planting 200,000 a year seems to be working perfectly. Said that they don't want the natural reproduction up Mores Creek to be too successful, in that it would possibly overpopulate the Res., as has happened at Anderson Ranch Res. I thanked them for creating a terrific fishery, and one so close to an urban area to boot. Mike
